📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of any delay due to high volume of orders or courier issues, we will notify you via email or phone.


🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
  • You will receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is shipped.

  • We currently ship across India.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applicable.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee of ₹30.


📦 Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and product photos.
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund as applicable.
