🛠️ Return & Refund Eligibility

If your eyewear item arrives damaged, scratched, broken, or defective, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear images of the issue, including product packaging and damage details. Once we receive your request:

  • Our support team will review and investigate the concern.
  • If eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on the nature of the issue.


🔁 Return Process

After we approve the return:

  • The original product(s) must be shipped back to our facility.
  • Upon successful quality check, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement, as applicable.


🚚 Shipping Charges

A flat return shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged in the following cases:

  • If the customer refuses delivery of the original order containing replaceable items.
  • If the customer refuses the replacement after it has already been dispatched.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped from our warehouse.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
